Use this page to review diploma requirements, important dates, and graduation details for Baker Web Academy and Baker Early College. Here you’ll find information about the BCS graduation ceremony, cap and gown ordering, and the credit requirements for Honors, Standard, and Modified diplomas so you can stay on track to finish strong.

BWA Graduation will be held on June 5th, 2026. Each region will be sending out detailed information to students that choose to attend.

To order a cap and gown or other graduation accessories please visit Miners Graduate Services. You may order online at minersgrad.com and click on “Graduation Supplies”. Then select Baker Charter School from the drop down menu.

You will see there are many different graduation packages available. The option to purchase the cap and gown only is located at the very bottom of the page and is $28. Your cap and gown will be mailed to the address you choose. You can also call Miners Graduate Services directly at 541-689-4588 for more details.

If you are in need of financial assistance to purchase a cap and gown, be sure to select that option in your region’s graduation form.

Personal Financial Education Requirement — A 0.5 credit is required beginning with the class of 2027.

Oregon Essential Skill Requirements — (suspended until the 2027/2028 school year)

Modified Diploma Options — BCS offers support for all Oregon diploma options, including modified diplomas, and other state-approved pathways. Our staff works closely with students and families to ensure graduation requirements are clearly understood and appropriately met.
