Flexible Schedules, Competitive Benefits, and an Innovative Approach to Education

Baker Charter Schools consists of two unique and innovative public charter schools founded in 2008. Both are thoughtfully designed and strategically managed to meet the diverse needs of families across Oregon.

Baker Web Academy is a virtual K–12 charter school offering a wide range of online and textbook-based classes, personalized teacher support, technology tools, and in-person learning opportunities. We specialize in creating individualized education plans tailored to help each student succeed—with the support of a caring and dedicated staff.

Baker Early College serves high school students who attend local community college campuses full-time to earn tuition-free college credits that also count toward their high school diploma. Professional Development, Done Right

We believe in investing in our team. Every staff member receives an annual professional development (PD) stipend to support their continued growth. Full-time employees receive $2,500 per year, and part-time staff receive a prorated amount (e.g., 0.6 FTE × $2,500 = $1,500). Our staff has pursued PD opportunities around the world—and we encourage your goals, wherever they take you.

You Are Supported!
