Summer School Program Overview
Baker Charter School offers a comprehensive summer school program designed to support student success and academic growth.
- No Cost for Baker Charter Students — Current Baker Charter students may attend summer school free of charge.
- Enrollment for Non-Baker Students — Students who do not currently attend Baker Charter may participate for a tuition fee. Space may be limited, and early registration is encouraged.
- Eligible Grade Levels — The program is open to students entering grades 8–12, including graduating seniors who need additional coursework to meet graduation requirements.
- Opportunities to Earn Additional Credits — Students who wish to get ahead, lighten their future course load, or explore additional academic interests may enroll in courses to earn extra credits during the summer session.
- Credit Recovery Opportunities — Summer school provides students the opportunity to recover credits for courses previously failed or incomplete, helping them stay on track for graduation.
